Fisting a sex doll imposes extreme stress on silicone and TPE materials, often leading to tearing at seam joints or internal cavities. This study quantifies failure thresholds using a custom pneumatic fist simulator, revealing that conventional dolls crack after 50–80 full-hand cycles. To address this, we developed a reversible hydrogen-bond coating that autonomously repairs microtears within 12 hours at room temperature. Prototypes with this coating endured over 400 cycles without visible damage. Our findings offer a new paradigm for durable soft robotics and intimate product design
